Urvashi Rautela is a model and Bollywood actress. She won Miss Universe India 2012 but was later dethroned as she could not meet the age requirements. She is seen in the Hindi film Singh Saab The Great (2013). She hails from Kotdwara, Uttarakhand.

Rautela competed at the third I AM She pageant in 2012. She was crowned by Miss Universe 1994, Sushmita Sen on 21 September 2012. She was to represent India at the Miss Universe 2012 pageant. But in October 2012, she was replaced by the 1st runner-up Shilpa Singh as she did not comply with the minimum age requirement of 18 years as on 1 February in the year of competition. She fell short by just 24 days. However, I am She, organizers of Miss Universe India, announced that due to conflicts that jeopardized her participation in the international Miss Universe pageant to take place in Las Vegas.
